Refund Policy

ModelMint is a digital product, delivered instantly and available to download and use as soon as your subscription starts. Because of that, all payments are final.

All sales are final

Subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. We do not provide refunds or credits for a period already paid.

Cancel anytime

You are always in control of future charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription simply does not renew after that.

Monthly plan: cancel before your next monthly renewal to avoid the next charge.
Annual plan: cancel before your annual renewal to avoid the next year's charge.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us.

Something went wrong?

We want you treated fairly. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or ran into a genuine problem that kept ModelMint from working, email support@getmodelmint.com and we will make it right on a good-faith, case-by-case basis.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where the law grants you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
